Recently BMW has caused surprises for fans as concept vehicles unveiled Gran Coupe 6-Series completely new at the Beijing exhibition. So far, BMW decided to officially introduce the production version of the 6-Series Gran Coupe as a challenge for Mercedes-Benz CLS, Audi A7 and Porsche Panamera.

4-door version of the 6-Series Coupe latest generation, the BMW rookie differences accentuated by two additional door but remained low style. According to the description of the BMW 6-Series Gran Coupe models like a "4 + 1" with the 460 liter luggage compartment.

BMW 6-Series Gran Coupe will be officially sold out with three engine versions comes automatic transmission 8 levels. In it, there are two versions of petrol engine and a diesel engine. Gran Coupe First 640I are equipped with turbocharged petrol engine, the 3.0 liter capacity with a maximum capacity of 320 horsepower. For its part, 640d Gran Coupe using Tu-Diesel engine for maximum power 313 horsepower. The most advanced version, 650i Gran Coupe, the V8 petrol engine owner, turbocharged, 4.4 liter capacity, produces maximum power of 450 horsepower. 650i Gran Coupe own will be divided into two smaller version, it is the 4WD and rear.

BMW says the Gran Coupe 640I will officially ship in the summer of 2012. A few months later, 650i and 650i xDrive intend to follow. Currently BMW has not announced prices for 6-Series Gran Coupe.

Like the other models of BMW, the M6 Gran Coupe V8, twin-turbo, maximum power of 560 horsepower and gearbox 7-speed dual clutch will soon be launched in the near future. According to the plan, will be officially launched BMW 6-Series Gran Coupe next year.
